Description:
Ceilia is rather beautiful, despite her own opinion. Her shoulder length blonde hair flows behind her.  Her hairstyle (the link below), lets the cloud portion flow down to her lower back, flowing like her actual hair, though it actually isn't. She has pale skin, and wears a light blue vest, with a white spaghetti strap undershirt to prevent her chest from bouncing too much.  Her vest covers her chest, stopping just above her stomach, along with her spaghetti strap undershirt, showing her stomach and mid rif.
She also wears a matching long, light blue, skirt with a slit up the left leg, allowing her to move without concern.  She also wears black shorts under the skirt, having learned why boys like watching her kick high up. She wears a pair of fitting black boots, that go halfway up her shins, laced up.
On her lower back is the altaria tail feathers, hers being a golden yellow.

Possessions:
- Ceilia doesn't have many possessions.  Unlike most girls, that love clothes, she simply has three changes, one for each time of year.
- She does carry a crystal locket, she keeps around her neck.  It holds a picture of her mother and father.
- She has four weighted bands, which sheputs on during training to help with her speed.  Each band weighs 20 lbs.

Personality:
Ceilia is a kind hearted woman, with a big heart.  Despite all her training in martial arts, she battles to better herself as a person, rather than the victory itself.  She is polite, and will try to not offend anyone as much as possible.  Her beauty, which is rather amazing, doesn't make her snobby, rather she is modest about this as well, comparing herself to her mother, who was a very very well-regarded woman for her stunning beauty.  She knows that vanity is pointless, and much rather enjoy passing the time by practicing her dancing martial arts.  But she is always open to new ideas and customs.

History:
Before Ceilia was born, her mother, Ulrina, and father, Brison, were very much in love, and wanted to start a family.  The two decided that, along with starting a new chapter in their lives, they would move to a new city to do so.  They decided to settle down in Blackthorn, where Brison became a widely regarded martial arts master.  The two enjoyed their new life, and gave birth to a daughter, who would be named Ceilia.

Ceilia was trained very strictly in martial arts, by her father, since she could walk.  Despite being his daughter, he showed her no leniency, scolding and punishing her for even the smallest errors in her form, such as with her egg move dragon rush.  However, this was coupled with her mother's teachings of grace, and elegance.  So, with both power, and grace, she began to excel in martial arts, becoming a prodigal child in martial arts at the young age of 16.  Her mother, seeing her natural talent, decided to take Ceilia on a trip to Unova, where she took a year to train under a move tutor, that helped to teach her to use the move Roost.  After the year's time, they returned, and Ceilia continued to train under her father.  After another year, on her 18th birthday, her father tested her in one last battle, between the two.  The battle raged for nearly 2 hours, before Ceilia finally emerged victorious.  As a reward for her victory, and completion of her training, her father awarded her with the TM for earthquake.

Having finished her training under her parents, Ceilia set out on her own, to see the world, and test her skills against the always changing skills of the combatants from all around the world.  She has been traveling for five years now, coming to the institute as one more step on her journey to perfect her style of victory with both power and grace.

- Ceilia, like all altaria, has a beautiful singing voice.
- She only sings in the shower so not many know that she can sing so well
